Newton rings on lifeproof case?

I have a iPhone lifeproof case case for very own iphone 5c and there are these petite rainbow marks or newton happens to be under the screen. I have tried many different ways to get them to go away (baby powder blush trick etc) but they keep coming ago. I was wondering if they wouldnt arrive if i had a screen protector in the phone under the case since the element is different from the screen of very own phone and therefore there might not happened to be any more newton rings.
